We are still experiencing errors with Plesk & Plesk just caused the server to reboot on it's own.

This is being worked on at high priority.

Since the server issues early this week, Plesk control panel and other plesk services are not working correctly.

These issues are being worked on at high priority.

All web sites and mail are online.

Services being affected:

-Spam filter

-Control Panel

-Plesk server side settings

Tonight I will be performing server maintenance after the downtime on tuesday night/wednesday morning. 

Maintenance will include:

-full server virus scan (might cause some slowness)

Server Update

It seems the firewall didn't cause the issue something else did on reboot. The reason is still unclear.

The server is being restored from a previous backup. I take backups every night in-between 9 & 10 PM MST. The backup from right before the reboot is corrupted. Th next backup would be from last night.

Server Status

at 8 PM MST the server was rebooted to fix the firewall.

When server was rebooting it locked up. We are working on this at HIGH priority.

rDNS Issues

The rDNS issue is now fixed.

rDNS Issues

rDNS is unavailable for our mail server as our IP provider is facing DNS issues.

Results:

-slow email sending/receiving

-being disconnected from our mail server
